Job Title: Administrator *WFH & Office + Early finish on a Friday*


Department: Research & Development


Location: Ashford (Office and home based)


Salary: £20k - £24k

Hours:


Monday - Home, 9am - 5:30pm


Tuesday - Home, 8:30am - 5:30pm


Wednesday - Office, 8am - 5:30pm


Thursday - Office, 8am - 5:30pm


Friday - Home, 10am - 2pm

The job: This role has a significant contribution to the start of a clients journey, so if you are someone that likes a challenge, can maintain good attention to detail in a busy environment and likes looking at large amounts of data, this role is perfect for you.


Your key responsibilities as a Research & Development Administrator:



  • Supporting a team of Tax specialists processing paperwork

  • Analysing and compiling the financial aspects of the Tax claims and ensuring compliance to tax legislation in written reports

  • Looking at client accounts and calculating the qualifying expenditure for all R&D claims

  • Updating client details on the CRM system


Skills and experience required:



  • Previous Administrative experience

  • MS Office

  • Experience working in a process driven office environment

  • Excellent aptitude and a positive attitude

  • Extremely organised and have good attention to detail


Interview process:
