JOB TITLE: Administrator


LOCATION: Wellington, Somerset


SALARY: Up to £23,000 PA


HOURS: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (1 hour for lunch)

Working closely with their client base, this company is passionate about their products and ensure they source the very best for each project / client.


THE ROLE: Seeking a self-driven and positive individual with a clear focus on accuracy for this varied administrative position. You will have the opportunity to get involved with various aspects of the administration in support of the team therefore you will need to be reliable and team focused.


KEY DUTIES:



  • Assisting the Finance Manager with daily finance functions i.e. preparing and sending daily invoices, receiving and allocation of customer payments.

  • Managing supplier and delivery relationships responding promptly to any enquiries.

  • Managing of import / export documentation requirements (full training given).

  • Assisting the Operations Manager with sustainability credentials, including research, due diligence, updating the team on any changes to regulations.

  • Providing daily support to the sales team.

  • Carrying out updates / changes to the company website (full training will be provided).
