Administrator for a Wayleave Department
Salary: £20K-£23K DOE
Location: Exeter

We are seeking an individual to assist the wayleave manager for our innovative, rapidly growing client based in Exeter.
You will be assisting on administration with developing, creating, documenting and researching all aspects of the wayleave processes.
You will need to have fantastic communication skills and telephone manner as you will be liaising with councils and highway authorities.

Key Duties:
* Developing the wayleave department, policies and processes
* Answer calls from landowners with questions and queries
* Make appointments with landowners, councils and advisors etc
* Attend meetings with the construction and wayleaves teams
* Searching and compiling information and putting them in to work packs
* Compile monthly statistics

The right candidate will need to have 2+ years administration experience. Previous knowledge of wayleave and telecommunications would be advantageous, if not experience in construction and noticing experience within highways and local authorities is essential.
This role requires an individual who thrives in a multi-tasking environment and is an advanced Microsoft Office user.
