JOB TITLE: Administrator - Immediate Start (Temporary to Permanent)


LOCATION: Outskirts of Taunton (Due to the location you will need to be a driver)


HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:00am till 4:30pm


SALARY: £22,000 - £25,000 PA (DOE)

THE ROLE: We are working with one of the country's leading building specialists who due to expansion are seeking a proactive and well-organised Administrator to join their close knit and welcoming team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will possess strong administration skills with a positive "can-do" attitude long with the ability to work well as part of a team in a fast paced and varied role. To be considered for this role you must be either available immediately or on a short notice period.


MAIN DUTIES:



  • Answering calls and taking messages

  • Raising purchase orders

  • Matching purchase orders, good receipt notes and supplier invoices

  • Filing - maintenance of contract folders and procurement folders

  • Co-ordination of documents and document control

  • Liaising with site staff and acting as conduit between office management, obtaining info and data

  • Preparation of reports

  • Processing mail

  • Sending out relevant marketing information

  • Updating website content


KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:



  • Strong administration background

  • Professional and polite telephone manner

  • IT Literate and knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages

  • Well-organised and process driven

  • Able to work well as part of a team and independently
