Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a temporary opportunity in Swindon? Our client, an organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals dealing with drugs and alcohol issues, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Administrator to join their team.
This is a 12-week temporary position, offering full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of back office admin duties, contributing to the smooth functioning of the organisation and ensuring efficient service delivery to service users.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing referrals on the internal system
- Placing orders for new stock using a bespoke system
- Inputting prescription information into the system
- Taking minutes during internal meetings
- Answering phone inquiries from internal sources, such as local authorities and service users
- Recording detailed messages
- Compiling reports and completing forms for services used
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in administration, strong organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail. You should also possess good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, service users, and external stakeholders.
Our client offers competitive pay rates ranging from £13 to £14 per hour, providing an opportunity to earn a fair compensation for your skills and expertise.
