The role - Administrator

Our client based in Sunderland requires an Administrator to start ASAP on a permanent basis.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Salary: £18,500 - £19,000

Start date: ASAP

Due to location it is advised you have access to your own transport

The duties for this role includes:

  • PAS Certifications for clients, Admin co-ordination for the Auditors

  • Communicating with the Auditors.

  • Maintain the highest standard of communication and presentation via telephone, email and in person with the clients, consortium members and the public.

  • Assist with internal audits.

  • Answering a high volume of calls from clients

  • Managing Emails

  • Data Entry

  • Organising and filing documents

You'll have

  • Administration experience

  • Great communication skills both over the phone and via email

  • Strong IT Skills

  • Good organisational skills

  • A polite and professional manner
