Administrator - Stockport



£21,000-£24,000 (DOE)

8.30 AM - 5:00 PM

We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work as part of a small close knit friendly team in the regional office of a global engineering company based in Stockport.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with incoming calls and visitors

  • Raising invoices and processing on Sage

  • Raising purchase orders

  • Stock checking and placing orders

  • Updating the in house database

  • Arranging deliveries/couriers

  • Filing/dealing with mail

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Previous administration experience

  • Experience dealing with and processing invoices

  • Excellent IT skills including all MS Office programs and invoicing systems

  • Ability to deal with a wide range of people including staff based remotely

  • Excellent attention to detail

Hours: 8:30AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday

Salary: up to £24,000 DOE
