We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a leading Engineering company based in Nursling, who are well known for their high quality, reliable and bespoke products.
This role offers an annual company bonus, working within a supportive and friendly team, free parking on site, company pension scheme & employee of the month competitions!
Working hours are 8:30-5:00, Monday to Friday and the company is offering a salary of £22,000 + yearly bonus.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Responsible for the administration of products
- Producing sales quotes
- Updating templates on Word
- Creating product certificates
- Data entry into spreadsheets
- Liaising with customers over the telephone and email
We'd love to speak to candidates who have/are:
- Confident Microsoft office skills
- Experience of creating and updating spreadsheets in Excel
- Experience of providing a high level of administrative support
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Highly proactive and able to use your own initiative
