Office Angels are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join a growing business based in Southampton. This is a fantastic position for someone who is a driven and meticulous individual with excellent IT and communication skills. Working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday and the client offers free onsite parking.

Key responsibilities will include liaising with customers through telephone and email, assisting with general enquiries, complaint handling, writing up documents, updating spreadsheets in Excel and inputting data into the company's bespoke system.
