Role: Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm | 37.5 hour per week

Contract: 12 month contract - potential to me made permanent

Location: Sheffield, S9| On site parking

Salary: £18,000pa - £19,000pa depending on experience

Duties -

  • General administration tasks such as filing & scanning

  • Order entry

  • Invoice processing

  • Answering calls

  • Dealing with email correspondence from customers & colleagues

Previous experience -

  • A good telephone manner & confidence in speaking with customers

  • Previous administration or office experience

  • Ability to priorities workload

  • Good computer skills including being familiar with the Microsoft Office package
