Office Angels are supporting a leading organisation with the recruit of an Administrator to join their Sheffield office.


Administrator


Full time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends (approx 1 in 4 weekends)


Sheffield, S11 - on site parking


£18,500pa + 35 days holiday, free parking & other perks!


Duties:



  • Accurately input data on to internal databases and utilise IT systems to their full potential

  • Aid communication between internal departments and external databases

  • Prepare, co-ordinate and provide admin support for team meetings including distributing actions

  • Work alongside clinical team to ensure patient notes are kept up to date

  • General administration tasks as and when they occur


What you will need to succeed:



  • Previous Admin experience

  • Previous experience using databases & internal systems

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to work with great accuracy
