Role: Administrator


Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm


Contract: Permanent


Location: Sheffield, S11 | On site parking


Salary: £20,000pa - £23,000pa dependant on experience + 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), progression opportunities & free parking



In this role you will closely support the Head of Admin and Finance with the following tasks:



  • Answering calls & taking messages accurately

  • Incoming and outgoing post

  • Typing correspondence with high levels of accuracy

  • Organise appointment, book meeting rooms and organise refreshments

  • Booking travel and accommodation

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Assisting with accounts including invoicing, payroll and expenses


Experience:



  • Previous Administration experience is required

  • Experience using Xero would be a distinct advantage

  • A strong communicator who is able to communicate effectively and professionally
