Office Angels are working with a leading company with the recruit of an Administrator. An immediate start is available for the right candidate so apply today!

Role: Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

Contract: Permanent

Location: Sheffield | On site parking

Salary: £20,000pa - £23,000pa + 33 days holiday, progression opportunities & free parking

Duties -

  • Manning the department telephone, taking messages when needed

  • Processing reports for management

  • Processing job sheets for engineers

  • Alerting the team of upcoming deadlines

  • Other adhoc admin duties as and when required


  • Strong administration skills are required with an eye for details and accuracy being essential

  • Previous experience working in a Service department would be an advantage

  • Good communication & organisation skills
