Monday - Friday : 9.00am to 5.00pm

Working for this stable and growing business you will work closely with a team of 4 administrators. Your day to day responsibilities will include

  • Updating Excel spreadsheets and reports weekly for clients

  • Liaising with the team to gain information required to update spreadsheets

  • Updating stock information on the system

  • Maintaining information on customer portals

  • Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries

  • Raising invoices

  • Providing administration support to the team

To be considered for this role you should

  • Be confident using Excel

  • Have previous office/ administration experience
