My client, a well-established property management business based on the outskirts of Romford is seeking an Administrator to join their friendly and sociable team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Updating the telephone system when needed and liaising with Telecom provider.

  • Communicating with IT provider for IT issues and development.

  • HR - Assisting with holidays and absence/sickness.

  • Assisting with enrolment of new employees - office staff and engineers including uniform, paperwork and device set up.

  • Ensuring engineers training matrix is kept up to date by booking the relevant courses.

  • Keeping client online portals up to date including Dwellant and E-Logs.

  • Uploading documentation to online portals.

  • Assisting Accounts Department with inputting of invoices.

  • Opening and distributing post.

  • Filing all paperwork once processed.

  • Any other ad hoc duties
