Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

As part of their team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and creating a welcoming environment for visitors. Key responsibilities:



  • Answering phone calls and addressing general queries, including processing payments over the phone.

  • Sorting incoming and outgoing mail and ensuring its proper forwarding.

  • Welcoming visitors and offering refreshments to create a positive first impression.

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensuring tea and coffee supplies are well-stocked.

  • Ordering recycling supplies and packing recycling materials on a regular basis.

  • Managing the procurement of office stationery to ensure smooth operations.

  • Generating letters and invoices for clients and maintaining accurate filing systems.

  • Booking jobs and client records on the Iris database and effectively communicating with all Managers involved.

  • Handling address changes across all relevant platforms, ensuring up-to-date information.

  • Assisting the accounts team by providing Xero data, contributing to their smooth workflow.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, with a strong focus on customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office applications.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • A positive and friendly personality, with a professional demeanour.
