JOB TITLE: Administrator - Quality Assurance Team! (Training Provider)


SALARY: Up to £20,000


LOCATION: Bradford, BD3 - Free Car Parking!


HOURS: 36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm with 45 mins lunch

Within you your new role: You will provide a full administrative service and be on hand to support a busy and friendly team of External Quality Assurers, internal colleagues such as the Customer Service team and liaise directly with Awards centres.


On a day-to-day basis, you will schedule appointments for External Quality Assurers to attend training centres and observe training sessions. You will speak with training centre to ensure they are aware of the training day schedule and answer any queries they may have. You will have excellent attention to detail skills as you will review assurance documents, upload the documents to various systems, and assign relevant team members to action and update within a specific timeframe.


To be successful in this role you will have:



  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent Administrative skills with competency of MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel and in house systems

  • Ability to build strong relationships

  • Strong attention to details skills
