Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator


Location: Southampton with free parking


Salary: £25,000


Working Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday


Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with previous experience in administration or receptionist roles? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our leading shipping client based locally in Southampton.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Receptionist duties, including answering phones and assisting with queries.

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Updating templates in Microsoft Word to maintain consistent documentation.

  • Data entry into Microsoft Excel for accurate record-keeping.

  • Providing a high level of administrative support to ensure smooth operations.


Experience Required:



  • Previous experience working as a Receptionist or Administrator.

  • Excellent customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel.

  • Ability to update and maintain spreadsheets in Excel.

  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
