Office Angels are partnering with a leading company in their search for an experienced Office Administrator to join their friendly team, based locally in Portsmouth.


We would love to hear from candidates who have previous office administration experience, are looking for a new challenge and have excellent communication and organisation skills!


This is a full time position working either 8am - 5pm or 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

What you will be doing…



  • Providing a high level of administrative support to a busy team

  • Diary management & arranging meetings

  • Typing up meeting notes

  • Loading quotes onto the in-house system

  • Assisting with customer calls and emails

  • Responding to a high volume of emails


To be successful in this role you'll have…



  • Previous office administration experience

  • Confident Microsoft office suite skills

  • Diary management experience

  • Fantastic organisation and prioritisation skills
