JOB TITLE: Administrator



SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm



SALARY: £9.50 p/h



START DATE: 1st February 2021



CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary with potential to become Permanent



Office Angels are delighted to be supporting our National Client with their recruitment of a team of administrators. You'll need to have an eye for detail, a high degree of accuracy and enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment



Role responsibilities:


Servicing Admin/Telephony - You'll be servicing all aspects of existing mortgage accounts; taking inbound customer calls, outbound servicing calls and internal referral calls and administration of customer mortgage accounts, producing correspondence. Specific duties vary depending upon the team you join.



  • 80% Administration tasks and 20% telephony mixture of inbound and outbound calls- customers, internal, solicitors need to be able to communicate to different audiences.

  • Each day the tasks they will be required to work on will be scanned on their internal systems (QL or EG) to see what type of queries have come in and will be passed over to them to respond to.

  • Queries can vary by changing an address, changing a direct debit etc responding to them by telephone or letter.
