We have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced PA to join a local Marine company based locally in Portchester, to join a leading team and provide fantastic administrative support.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management to the Sales Director

  • Organising a high level of meetings

  • Providing administrative support to a busy team

  • Being the first point of contact for all enquiries

  • Answering a high volume of calls and responding to emails

To be successful for this role, you will need previous experience within a busy administrative position, can prioritise and organise a busy work load, have a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
