Administrator - part time
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 22.5 hours p/w
Immediate start - long term temp role


  • To provide expenses administration service to the organisation encompassing all elements of expenses;

  • As part a member of wider expenses administrative team manage inbound email inbox's and telephone calls ensuring employees receive a prompt response to questions or problems which are raised;

  • To prepare monthly reports adhering to timetables and deadlines

  • To ensure accurate information in our Expenses system working in conjunction with the wider Expenses team to continually improve the management information in the system;

  • To work closely with the wider HR Admin team, Payroll team and External providers

  • To administer and approve expenses on daily basis to ensure successful completion of claims are submitted and employees are paid on a timely manner;

  • To provide support to the wider HR team as and when need and participate in projects improve the service to the organisation.

  • Create and maintain good working relationships across the business and with external customers
