๐ Full Details:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- ๐ Contract Type: Temp To Perm
- ๐ฐ Hourly Rate From: ยฃ13.05
- ๐ Working Pattern: Part Time Standard working week of 28 hours 4 days per week, 9 am to 5 pm โฐ (please note, hours could change to 3 days per week once the position is made permanent)

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar administration roles. This is initially a temporary position, with the view to become permanent ๐ So grab this opportunity with both hands if you're looking for part-time hours and are open to starting in an initial temporary role with weekly pay.
๐ As Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:
- ๐ Skills Required: Administration, Sales Administration, Order Processing, Customer Service
- Processing high-volume sales orders using a bespoke software program ๐ Training will be provided with this!
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills via email and telephone ๐
- Utilising organisational skills using Microsoft Outlook and Office ๐
- Coordinating with management, production, and dispatch departments, as well as customers, to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction ๐
- Managing production workloads by communicating sales order quantities to the production management team ๐
- Demonstrating numerical proficiency to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling incoming calls and queries ๐งฎ
- Possessing general office skills such as card transaction processing and maintaining payment records ๐ณ
- Familiarity with a wide range of office equipment ๐จ
If the role becomes permanent, the successful candidate may be required to work one Saturday morning out of every four. Enhanced overtime rate will be offered for this.
๐ Training will be provided to enhance systems and product knowledge. Initially, you will initially process easier orders, gradually progressing to more complex orders and queries.
