We are recruiting on behalf of a well known, local company who are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator for their bookings team in Paignton.

This is a busy admin role, where your day will really fly, so we're looking for an organised individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Things will change regularly throughout the day so you'll need to be flexible and able to prioritise and reprioritise as things change.

You will also need to be passionate about people and providing an excellent customer experience. You will join a dedicated and friendly team who go over and above to provide a fantastic service to their clients. This is a rewarding role with opportunities for progression for the right candidate.

JOB TITLE: Administrator

LOCATION: Paignton

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm

SALARY: £20, 000 per annum

BENEFITS: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, Contributary Pension, Pay Day team lunches and regular social events, really sociable team!

THE COMPANY & ROLE: This independent company are rapidly expanding across the South West and have a fantastic reputation. They are a key provider of agency workers across Devon and beyond and are known for their fantastic client service. They have a unique, inclusive work culture - their offices are bubbly, full of energy and team lunches and social events are a regular occurrence! The purpose of this role will be to provide administrative support to their busy bookings team, ensuring an excellent client experience and an accurate and efficient administrative service.

Every day you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for a high level of incoming calls, dealing with immediate queries or delegating to members of the team where appropriate

  • Manage the team inbox, actioning emails and ensuring queries are resolved efficiently

  • Provide administrative support to the bookings team ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Use IT systems to input data and make amendments

  • Participate in an on-call rota which involves occasional out of hours liaison with clients and ensuring the phone is always answered

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Previous admin experience

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • The ability to build and maintain rapport with clients

  • Strong IT and administration skills with the ability to maintain outstanding attention to detail

  • A passion for customer service

  • A can do attitude
