JOB TITLE: Administrator

LOCATION: Paignton

HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

SALARY: £22, 000 - £23, 000 per annum DOE

THE ROLE: As an administrator, you will be a key member of the friendly office team, who work behind the scenes to support the service and ensure those team members working out in the community can provide the best possible service.

They are looking for an administrator to join their finance team. You will provide admin support to the finance department, particularly the payroll function. You do not need to be from an accounts or finance background as this is an administration role, but it is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to expand your current skill set, learn something new and add another string to your bow. This company are all about upskilling their staff - if you are a motivated, enthusiastic, go-getter they will provide the training required and really invest in you.


  • Responding to finance / payroll related queries

  • Checking timesheets and details and amending accordingly

  • Checking and processing all mileage and travel claims

  • Chasing outstanding timesheets

  • Updating in house systems in respect of Pay/Charge, PO's, Breaks, Split shifts to ensure accurate pay.

  • Assisting with the preparation of the weekly stats, Gross Profit and sales report figures for team meetings ensuring data is correct and produced in a timely manner


Given the scope for development in this role they are looking for someone who is driven, enthusiastic and a bit of a go-getter! You will need to be a strong administrator, confident managing your own workload! You will also need to be methodical - this is a process driven role where accuracy and attention to detail is vital. You will need to be able to pick up on errors and check work confidently. Computer skills, the ability to pick up new systems and a grasp of excel is important! You will be the first point of contact for finance related queries, so your customer service skills are also key!
