Job Title: PA/Administrator


Industry: Financial Advice Services, established for over 25 years


Salary: £26k - £32k DOE


Location: Ashford, working as part of an office of 21 employees.


Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm


The day to day duties in your new job would be:



  • Provide PA and Administrative support to the Directors and team

  • Diary Management

  • Administer and maintain client files

  • Process new business

  • Submit and chase applications with lenders

  • Fee and commission reconciliation

  • Completing client applications


Skills and experience required:



  • Previous PA/Administrative experience

  • Experience working within a Financial Services is essential

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Intermediate Office 365 & Outlook skills
