Office Angels are proud to be partnering with this prestigious Internal Design company to help them secure a skilled Administrator to join their existing team due to an internal promotion. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills with the ability to be able to multitask, be extremely well organised and have excellent attention to detail. You must also possess good IT skills with experience in MS Office but particularly Outlook, Excel & Word.


You must also be a team player, have an excellent telephone manner, be calm under pressure, punctual, reliable, and flexible.


Below is a list of duties that you will be responsible for on a daily basis:



  • Answering phones

  • Greeting visitors

  • Stationary orders office & design & staff welfare

  • General office orders - tea, coffee, toilet roll etc

  • Sorting post & handing out post

  • Archiving & organising job files

  • Update job book and creating new job numbers

  • Setting up new jobs / digital and folders including budget sheet using Grading Matrix

  • Chase Head of Accounts for outstanding dates of invoices sent to client to update job book

  • Booking meeting venues & refreshments for meetings

  • Order marketing material boxes etc

  • Creating changes reports

  • Updating global suppliers list

  • Setting up extras digital files and updating on job book

  • Arranging Courier parcel delivery and collection

  • Aftercare - Extras - creating extras for wallpaper / bulbs

  • Client Enquiries - After Sales

  • General Adhoc admin for all departments

  • Printer - reporting issues, ordering Toner, booking maintenance requirements

  • Company Vehicles - Booking and managing Services / Maintenance

  • Creating data sheets / inventories

  • Organising / arranging samples from client supplier


Skills Required:



  • Previous office experience

  • Excellent IT / Microsoft Skills essential - particularly Outlook, Excel & Word

  • Ability to multitask - strong organisational skills - excellent attention to detail

  • Team player

  • Good telephone manner

  • Calm under pressure

  • Punctual, reliable, and flexible
