Administrator / Office Manager, Sheffield

Office Angels are recruiting an Administrator / Office Manager to join a family run business in Sheffield. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop the roles to your strengths and join the business at an exciting time of expansion. You will be joining a small friendly team and must be happy working as part of a small team and often working alone within the office. This is a unique opportunity and offers a varied workload.

Food manufacturing industry


Salary up to £25,000pa


Duties:



  • Accepting & booking in deliveries

  • Ordering and monitoring supplies

  • Communicating with higher management and reporting on progress

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Dealing with queries from suppliers / customers

  • Involved in HR paperwork, recruitment and other HR related tasks that may be needed

  • Finance - be involved in some bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing

  • Flexible to pick up other duties as and when required


Experience:



  • Effective communicator at all levels

  • Senior administration or office managerial experience

  • Experience within the manufacturing industry would be highly desirable

  • Experience holding HR responsibilities & duties

  • Experience in finance tasks such as invoicing

  • Excellent attention to detail
