We are excited to be assisting a multi-award-winning medical company in their search for a Customer Service Administrator!

Do you pride yourself on providing outstanding customer service?

Do you have experience in organising a busy work load, problem solving and assisting with a high volume of customer queries?

If you've answered yes; we would love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact of customer queries

  • Answering a high volume of calls and responding to emails

  • Processing patient referrals on the bespoke system

  • Meeting and greeting patients

  • Providing outstanding customer service

To be successful for this role you will need:

  • Previous administration and customer service experience

  • Excellent communication & organisation skills

  • To be a team player

  • To use your own initiative
