We are recruiting for a leading company, who due to expansion are recruiting for an Administrator to join their Nottingham office.

An immediate start available for the right person so do not delay in applying -

Role: Administrator

Location: Nottingham, NG7 - free on site parking

Hours: Monday to Friday, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm | 40hrs per week

Salary: Up to £26,000pa

In this role you will be -

  • Act as the first point of contact for in-bound calls, dealing with enquiries where possible

  • Inform and educate customer on services

  • Building relationship with customers, keeping them informed of any changes or issues with their account

  • Updating internal systems accurately

  • Receiving job request from customers & booking in collections

  • Responding to emails in a timely & professional manner

  • Setting up new clients on the internal systems

  • Ad hoc admin tasks

What you will need to succeed:

  • Strong background working in administration or customer service

  • Excellent communicator

  • Ability to priorities workload and meet deadlines

  • Able to deliver a first class service
