To deliver a professional customer service experience working as part of a proactive, innovative and responsive ONE Service admin team. To build and develop positive working relationships with engineers, managers, colleagues and customers at all levels. To share best practice across the service department

Skills and Experience:


  • Proven positive, effective customer service skills and experience

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Good Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Good organisational skills & attention to detail

  • Providing efficient and effective working relationships

  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team

  • Proven record of completing projects

  • Knowledge and experience of SAP

  • Awareness of Health & Safety in the work environment


  • Previous experience of working with engineers

  • Switchboard/reception experience

  • Experience of working in a high-pressure environment
