The role is Customer Assistant / Admin
The role is temporary to start ASAP after the 1st October and will be ongoing -£13p/h
Monday to Friday from 0800 to 12 noon. Although this may need to be flexed slightly - a flexible attitude would be great.
The role will include:
- Admin tasks such as booking meetings, liaising with clients etc.
- Dealing with every day customer queries
- Visiting sites daily to check in with tenants and confirm customer satisfaction
- Setting out meeting rooms for prebooked meetings.
- Dealing with clients mail.
- Welcoming coworkers and inducting them into our spaces.
- Dealing with new business enquiries if they arise
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors as required
- Travel between our 6 Central Northampton locations required (possibly visits to Daventry location if needed)
- Holding keys for all sites
The candidate would be smart, naturally positive, have a good attitude to customers - should be able to make decisions, but know when to escalate. Should hopefully share our brand style of being helpful and supportive in everything we do.
