Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work as the Equipment Sourcing Administrator to be part of a small team to support the Purchasing and Logistics Administrator working in Market Harborough reporting into the Manager


As the Equipment Sourcing Administrator you will work Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm and Fridays 8am - 2pm, with reasonable additional hours when needed



As the Equipment Sourcing Administrator we have listed the duties below



  • Create and maintain product specifications.

  • Maintain the equipment supplier database.

  • Obtain quotations and lead time from suppliers.

  • Liaise with suppliers on behalf of the Equipment Sourcing Manager.

  • Type correspondence, reports, compile and update Excel spreadsheets and other documents.

  • Accompany Equipment Sourcing Manager on supplier visits (as necessary).

  • Assisting the purchasing and Logistics Department (as necessary).

  • Undertaking any other tasks / duties as reasonably required.

  • Confident telephone manner.
