Office Angels are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join a growing, busy training company based in Manchester City Centre



Duties will include but are not limited to:




  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to the office

  • Managing meeting rooms

  • Using the internal booking system

  • Updating social media channels

  • Checking attendance

  • Managing post and deliveries

  • Ordering stationary and other supplies

  • Supporting the senior management team with any tasks required




We are looking for:




  • A good 'all-rounder' who can pick up a wide variety of tasks

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people

  • Strong IT skills with experience of all MS Office systems and confidence picking up new, bespoke systems

  • Experience dealing with customers




Salary: £20,000


25 days holiday


9am - 5pm Monday - Friday


Office Based
