Office Angels Manchester are currently recruiting for a prestigious Regulatory Body in the heart of Manchester who are seeking strong Administrators to join a busy team. This organisation is recruiting due to company growth and the office is situated within walking distance to public transport links and great local amenities!

Duties and responsibilities are inclusive of but not limited to:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails

  • Following company policies and procedures

  • Engaging and sharing ideas in company meetings

  • Carrying out all administration duties to a high standard

  • Utilising, maintaining and updating internal company systems

  • Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external clients

  • Working to company KPIs and SLAs

Ideal candidate:

  • Reliable

  • Great written and verbal communication skills

  • Quick learner

  • Confident working in accordance to company policies and procedures

  • Proficient user of the entire Microsoft office suite
