£25-30k depending on experience

Location: Canary Wharf, full time office based

Hours: 10:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new position? I am looking for an enthusiastic, diligent person to be the main support for an office and company in the property investment industry.

Duties of the role:

  • Dealing with application forms and checks for investments

  • Adding information onto CRM system

  • Sending proposals to clients

  • Answering calls and queries from clients and brokers

  • Entering leads onto CRM system and allocating.

  • Follow up responses from marketing campaigns

  • Adhoc administrative duties for the team

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous administration experience

  • Excellent attention to details

  • Experience using a CRM system. Salesforce would be preferable

  • Confident self-starter and able to use initiative

  • Excellent excel skills

  • Experience in a financial services environment would be beneficial

  • Having worked directly with the sales team would be advantageous
