JOB ROLE: Systems Administrator


JOB TYPE: Temporary


HOURS: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Mon - Fri


DURATION: 1-2 Months with potential to be extended


PAY RATE: £11ph


COMPANY TYPE: Charity


LOCATION: Currently Remote (Must be flexible to attend the office in Tower Hill if needed)


START DATE: ASAP


Duties:



  • Learning the company portal / system inside and out and becoming the system expert

  • Providing system support to managers and staff members

  • Assist the different departments in administering the online Portal

  • Chasing Mangers to input hours in to timesheets

  • Reviewing shifts and noticing any errors

  • Act as the point of contact for timesheet issues and system queries

  • Data analysis

  • Supporting with the monthly payroll

  • Providing excellent customer service support to Managers and help to guide them

  • Support the online user community

  • Training members on how to use the portal


Skills Requirements



  • Excellent Excel / MS office skills

  • Computer literate, preferably with some experience of using databases and in-house systems

  • Experience with neutral vendor system would be ideal

  • Highly focused and strong attention to details

  • Excellent customer service / support experience

  • Experience in using a helpdesk or similar support environment

  • Ability to liaise with multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • SQL/MySQL exposure (beneficial)

  • Reporting experience
