Successful and expanding IT Support and Telecoms company based in Brentford are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join their dedicated and friendly team.
This is a great opportunity for somebody with strong attention to detail and people skills to play an integral role in the smooth running of this dynamic company.
Duties involved:
Administer and coordinate the IT helpdesk queue with support from the Technical Operations Director -assigning calls to engineers using in-house system
Interacting with engineers, ensuring calls are followed up
Liaise with suppliers for billing queries, provisioning and faults.
Resolve and respond to customer service queries
General office administration. Manage office supplies - kitchen, stationery, etc
All about you:
- Strong administrative experience ideally within a similar role
- Polite and confident telephone manner with previous experience of working in a busy office
- Methodical and organised with a strong attention to detail at all times.
- Confident to engage with customers and colleagues
