We are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator based in LE7 with parking in a very modern office working 37 hours per week part of a small growing production team working Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 1.30pm
As the Administrator you duties & responsibilities will include
General administration support for the Production team, consisting of:
- Raising works orders
- Ordering of stationery / consumables - raising small purchase orders using SAGE software
- Collating delivery notes & filing
- Chasing purchase orders
- Creating despatch notes for goods out
- Sample management
- Answering phone - filtering calls / Reception
- Keeping showroom & boardroom tidy / organising refreshments for meetings
