We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work as part of a small team based in LE12 reporting into a Manager who will support the new Administrator when it comes to training, as the Administrator you will work Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
As the Administrator you will assist the Senior Administrator with all aspects of the administrative functions of Support Services, with a particular emphasis on Fleet and Asset Administration.
As the Administrator your duties are listed below
Administration of fleet vehicles, including arranging repairs and servicing
|
Maintain a robust and up to date asset list
|
Monitor Servicing and calibration dates for vehicles and equipment, arranging servicing, repairs, and calibration as required
|
Administer the process for all accommodation and travel bookings
|
Update training matrix and book renewal courses in required timeframes, as directed by the Senior Administrator
|
To act as first point of contact for both internal and external enquiries
|
Monitor and manage general inboxes
|
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Senior leadership team as required
|
Support Operations team with ordering of equipment
|
Ensure the office, and equipment, is well maintained,
|
Maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
|
