We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work in Leicester City Centre in a beautiful location working Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 4pm, you would be responsible for working as part of the TPI Team and the Admin team to assist brokers in making successful sales.
As the Administrator your role will include
- First line of communication for broker queries
- Assisting broker on sales portal submissions
- Uploading sales where required
- Being subject matter expert on supplier products and process
- Escalating queries to BDM's and Head of Department
- Investigating and responding to email enquiries from suppliers and employees.
- Answering calls and dealing with enquiries from suppliers
To be successful as the Administrator we are looking for the following
- Driven by sales targets and results
- Ability to work with a number of computer applications, including Excel and databases.
- Effective communicator, both verbal and written
- Is good with numbers and is able to spot discrepancies
- Is a proactive, self-starter taking ownership of own development and problem solving
- Able to work under pressure and maintain excellent quality
- Great communicator and team player
