We are recruiting for an Administrator for a small company which are incredibly lively and have great potential for career development based in LE1 which offers excellent potential working Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm and an early finish on a Friday and you will work until 4pm
Theres a very realistic bonus available too
This client is looking for new offices and they will be around either Glen Parva or Anstey
As the Administrator your role will be very varied to include
Contacting agencies to find new offices
Supporting colleagues with general Admin tasks
Meeting and greeting
Preparing of material (photocopying) and setting up binders
Event management - Booking venues and ordering lunches.
Customer care first point contact to resolving any issues
Managing diaries
Ordering stock

As the Administrator we are looking for experience of using MS Word / Excel would be ideal and MS Teams
