Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the leisure industry, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator. This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.

The day to day duties in your new job will be….

Reports to the Customer Services Manager

  • Develops strong and effective working relationships internally and especially with the credit control, Custom Fit Specialist and custom fit workshop teams

  • Work closely and effectively with the and the Regional Account Managers (RAMs) and Sales Representatives

  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with other teams, especially the Logistics and UK supply chain teams

  • Develops and maintains professional relationship with customers

  • Standard and Custom Fit order entry

  • Customer liaison and key account support

  • Sales

  • Backup for Customer Services Admin on file running / invoice & credit generation if needed

Currently based in Alton but then moving to Ash Vale in February.

From Feb it will be working from home 4 days a week and in the office 1 day a week.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am until 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch.

More information on the Hybrid working:

Staff are currently required to come into the office a minimum of 50% of their working hours. The split between home and office can be managed across a fortnight, to save any half days, e.g. a full-time person may come in 2 days one week and 3 days the following week, or 1 day 1 week and 4 days the next. Which days of the week are worked from the office, and which from home, should be mixed up and, between them, the team should be represented in the office across as much of the week as is practical.

Come mid-Feb '22, when we move offices from Alton to Ash Vale, the minimum requirement for the number of days in the office will reduce to one day per week.

On the office days there is also some flexibility on start and finish times. Providing the full working hours are worked (and minimum breaks are accounted for), staff can choose their start time between 7am and 9am, and finish accordingly.

Key skills for this role:

  • Excellent administration skills with demonstrable high level of accuracy, attention to detail and quality of delivery

  • Competent IT skills, including contact databases, Microsoft Office applications and Internet

  • Demonstrable front-line expertise in customer care and handling both written and telephone communications

  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with customers, peers, and external providers
