Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the manufacturing industry, are looking to recruit a Administrator within Customer Services. This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.

The day to day duties in your new job will be….

  • To be competent with the company's Sage sales order entry IT systems.

  • To have effective communication skills necessary to project a professional image via phone, email and letters.

  • To be a numerate, accurate and consistent Team player; with a "Can Do" attitude.

  • To liaise effectively at all levels internally and externally.

  • Proactively monitor customer order history and seek repeat orders and contract renewal through telephone contact.

  • To be able to process orders accurately in accordance with customer requirements.

  • To accept and log service call and repairs

  • Commercially focused and able to carry out and support internal sales activity when required following email campaigns or advertising.

  • To liaise effectively with the warehouse and transport team to ensure customer expectations are realised.

  • To co-ordinate with accounts when setting up new customer accounts
