Office Angels South Coast are partnering with a well known and loved UK brand.
This is a busy period of recruitment for this HR team and they are looking for a Temporary Administrator to join the team for 2 weeks to assist with the recruitment drive which will cover the UK.
Your role will include:
- Speaking to potential candidates who have applied for specific roles and conducting an initial telephone screening process (full training and script provided)
- Arranging Interviews with managers using their inhouse recruitment booking system
- Sending out Interview confirmations to candidates & managers
- All other associated administration duties to support the HR and Recruitment team
You don't need to have Recruitment or HR experience but a confident friendly telephone manner coupled with excellent administrative skills if what you will need to thrive in this role.
