Role: Administrator - Immediate start!


Location: Slough


Hourly rate: £13ph + holiday accrual + Office Angels benefits


Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm, 37.5 hours a week


Duration: This temp position is on going


We are currently working with a successful utility business based in Slough that is looking for temporary support in an ongoing temp position. You will provide Working in a close-knit team, you will support with Admin tasks and be the point of contact for the engineers when they need guidance. It is a lively office, where no two days are the same!


Responsibilities:



  • Raising PO's

  • Raising delivery notes

  • Receipting

  • Updating the database accurately

  • Uploading the engineer's paperwork

  • Logging timesheet's

  • Answering calls/ emails with queries on PO's

  • Supporting the Admin manager with any other Administration support


We'd love to speak to you if;



  • You have experience in an administration role before

  • You are a confident user of MS office, in particularly Excel and CRM systems

  • Ideally you will have worked in a position with engineers or suppliers

  • You are available immediately
