Administrator - Immediate Start

JOB TITLE: Administrator


LOCATION: Shoreham-by-Sea


SHIFTS: 9am- 4:30pm Monday and Friday (subject to change as lockdown eases)


SALARY: £9.50P/H


START DATE: ASAP


DURATION: 3 Months Temp to Perm


Office Angels are teaming up with a global company who are looking for an Administrator to start ASAP on a temp to perm basis.


This is a part time position of 2 days a week Monday and Friday initially, but as the company gets busier as we come out of lockdown more hours will be offered.


Your new role:



  • Process dispatches on receipt of completed stores paperwork

  • Generate dispatch paperwork

  • Arrange shipping with couriers, customers and export dispatches as required

  • Generate export documentation - legalised invoices & certificates of origin

  • Assist with completing invoicing process

  • Process credit card sales

  • Produce daily reports per requirements

  • Book in deliveries

  • Matching receipts with delivery notes and invoices

  • Processing delivery notes

  • Create purchase invoices

  • Complete monthly EC sales list and reports within HMRC deadlines

  • Provide copies of financial sales to Accounts team

  • Assist with balancing sales and purchasing daybooks


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role

  • Experience in customer service will be a plus

  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures

  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting software

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
