We are delighted to be working with a client based in Christchurch with very modern offices and on-site parking.

Due to great growth this year they are looking for a brand new team member.

The role will include:

  • Assisting with the administration of complex Invoicing

  • Running Reports on Excel - so a good understanding of this is essential

  • Administration of setting up new clients + amendments to existing client data

  • Supporting the with the development of procedures, e-learning and SharePoint

You will be someone who enjoys working at a fast pace, loves learning new technology and procedures, a natural problem solver with a detailed approach.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.00pm 30 min lunch or 9.00am - 5.30pm 1 hour lunch

There is also the opportunity for Hybrid working once competent in the role.

This role will ideally start as a Temp position and would be potential for a permanent role in the long term.

This role is to start as soon as possible.
