Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual looking for a rewarding role in administration? If you're eager to play a crucial part in the on boarding process, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their team. You'll be responsible for processing applications, conducting DBS checks, reference checks, handling email and telephone inquiries, and ensuring the smooth flow of information by uploading checks to our database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process employee applications and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Conduct DBS checks and verify the results, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Carry out reference checks, liaising with previous employers or references to gather necessary information.

  • Respond to email and telephone inquiries promptly and professionally, providing information and assistance to candidates and employees.

  • Maintain an organised and up-to-date database of employee records and checks, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless on boarding experience for new employees.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or on boarding role is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office and database software.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • An understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
