My client, a supplier who pride themselves on a high standard of customer service, is seeking an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis in their Hoddesdon office due to growth.
Duties:
- Provide administration support to 5 members of the sales team.
- Process orders via Xero and Mintsoft and ensure all details are correct before the order is processed.
- Assist the service department, inputting jobs on to the system.
- Update systems with price increases and use spreadsheets to track data.
- Manage all product supply changes and requests.
- Ensure fulfilment centre is stocked with all relevant products.
- Raise purchase orders to suppliers.
- Call existing customers to upsell products.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer folders with visible contracts according to company standards.
- Provide guidance to customers on quotes.
- Review and complete leasing payout requests.
- Assist onboarding process of customers.
- Assist management when required.
About you:
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Previous experience in a sales support role is desirable.
- You must be highly organised and proactive.
- You must be able to work under pressure.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
